Requirements

Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work well with others.

Responsibilities

Overseeing daily accounts receivable functions such as: processing customer invoices, preparing and mailing invoices and statements, obtaining down payments from customers, and running and applying payments to customer accounts.
Overseeing day-to-day accounts payable functions, including entering invoices that have appropriate documentation, credit card statements, expense reports, credit memos, and other accounts payable related items.
Providing light office support.
Providing accounting support to the controller.
