Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Experience in financial analysis, accounting, or corporate finance
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
- Experience with variance, trend, and performance analysis
- Proficiency in financial modeling, reporting, and data tools
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Clear written and verbal communication abilities
Nice To Haves
- Experience supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
- Exposure to dashboard development or reporting automation
- Experience partnering cross‑functionally outside of Finance
- Familiarity with continuous process improvement initiatives
Responsibilities
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Prepare and maintain financial models, dashboards, and recurring reports
- Monitor results against budget and forecast; investigate and explain variances
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning activities
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data and reporting
- Prepare financial analysis and materials for leadership review
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to support business initiatives
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and data quality
