About The Position

Tonkin Hillsboro Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated General Accountant to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting dealership operations by managing financial processes, ensuring accuracy, and helping drive business success from behind the scenes. Requirements

• Previous accounting experience preferred
• Previous Automotive experience preferred
• Reliable transportation and willing to work in different dealerships
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid driver's license
• Clean driving record
• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outgoing mail
• Perform scanning, filing, and document organization
• Order business cards and maintain company directory updates
• Coordinate team lunches (end-of-month and birthday events)
• Staff support duty including all three dealerships in Hillsboro.
• Enter and maintain new vehicle inventory records
• Process used vehicle purchases
• Ensure accuracy of inventory data across systems
• Maintain and update internal schedules (65 & 69 reports via CTRL)
• Support general system updates and data accuracy
