About The Position

We are seeking a skilled GenAI Developer to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This is a long-term contract position requiring a hybrid work model. The role focuses on developing and implementing Generative AI solutions, with a strong emphasis on Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development.
• Strong emphasis on LLMs and Generative AI.
• Deep understanding of Large Language Models (e.g., GPT, BERT, T5) and their fine-tuning techniques.
• Proven expertise in building RAG pipelines, integrating retrieval techniques with generation models.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Experience with language-centric frameworks and libraries like LangChain.
• Demonstrated knowledge of AI algorithms, optimization techniques, and model deployment strategies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Familiarity with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
