About The Position

As the Geek Squad Installation Helper, you’ll accompany a team of experienced Agents to customers’ homes to assist with the delivery, installation, repair, and haul-away of electronic devices. You’ll support the team with duties including integration and networking, with a primary focus on consumer electronic equipment. The role also includes advising customers on product placement and making recommendations about products, services, and content. You may work independently or as part of a two-person team, and will help manage inventory and vehicle maintenance, process paperwork and payments, provide feedback and training opportunities to store teams, and complete in-store repairs. This is a seasonal role. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and able to carry, lift, push, or pull up to 75 pounds alone or 150 pounds as part of a team, with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities
