Geek Squad Installation Helper (Seasonal)
About The Position
As a seasonal Geek Squad Installation Helper, you’ll accompany experienced Agents to customers’ homes and assist with the delivery, installation, repair, and haul-away of electronic devices. You’ll support integration and networking work, primarily involving consumer electronic equipment. The role also involves helping create a seamless client experience, working independently or as part of a two-person team, managing inventory and vehicle maintenance with other Agents, processing paperwork and payment, and providing feedback and training opportunities to store teams while completing in-store repairs.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Able to carry, lift, push, or pull up to 75 pounds alone or 150 pounds as part of a team, with or without accommodation.
Responsibilities
- Accompany experienced Agents to customers’ homes to assist with delivery, installation, repair, and haul-away of electronic devices.
- Support integration and networking, primarily for consumer electronic equipment.
- Advise customers on product placement and make recommendations about products, services, and content.
- Work independently or as part of a two-person team.
- Manage inventory and vehicle maintenance in partnership with other Agents.
- Process paperwork and payment.
- Provide feedback and training opportunities to store teams.
- Complete in-store repairs.
