About The Position

As a Geek Squad Installation Helper, you accompany experienced Agents to customers’ homes to assist with delivery, installation, repair, and haul-away of electronic devices. You support the team with tasks including integration and networking, focusing primarily on consumer electronic equipment. You may work independently or as part of a two-person team.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to carry, lift, push, or pull up to 75 pounds alone or 150 pounds as part of a team, with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on product placement and recommend products, services, and content to provide a seamless client experience.
• Assist with delivery, installation, repair, and haul-away of electronic devices in customers’ homes.
• Support integration and networking, primarily for consumer electronic equipment.
• Manage inventory and vehicle maintenance in partnership with other Agents.
• Process paperwork and payments.
• Provide feedback and training opportunities to store teams.
• Complete in-store repairs.
