About The Position

As the Geek Squad Installation Helper, you’ll accompany a team of experienced Agents to customers’ homes to assist with delivery, installation, repair, and haul-away of electronic devices. You’ll support the team with duties including integration and networking, with a primary focus on consumer electronic equipment.

The role also involves working independently or as part of a two-person team, managing inventory and vehicle maintenance with other Agents, processing paperwork and payment, and providing feedback and training opportunities to store teams. You’ll also complete in-store repairs.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to carry, lift, push, or pull up to 75 pounds alone or 150 pounds as part of a team, with or without accommodation.
