From prepping camera, audio, and video equipment to supporting clients and maintaining quality standards, you'll be an essential member of the team that supports the productions behind some of today's biggest unscripted television series. We're looking for someone who enjoys hands-on technical work, has an understanding of television and/or film production, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service and attention to detail.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization with discretion, tact, and diplomacy.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Patience, tolerance, and resilience are key skills.
  • Working knowledge of television and/or film production and professional production equipment.

Nice To Haves

  • If you’re excited about this opportunity but don’t meet every qualification, we still encourage you to apply. We value potential, curiosity, and a willingness to learn as much as previous experience.
