About The Position

The Gate Security Technician is responsible for servicing and installing commercial, retail, and industrial projects across multiple states. The role calls for a motivated, reliable, responsible, and collaborative technician who helps deliver high-quality service and installations. The technician works with electronic security solutions, including CCTV surveillance, access control, burglar alarm, and gate and gate-entry systems. The position requires mechanical and electrical skills, troubleshooting ability, and a customer-service focus.

Requirements

Strong mechanical and electrical skills.
Ability to work on ladders and lifts.
Ability to install conduit and efficiently run cable and wire.
Ability to explain technical information to non-technical individuals.
Proficiency in security- and alarm-based applications.
Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
Effective interpersonal skills and a customer-service focus.
Organized, self-driven, responsible, reliable, and teamwork-oriented.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Previous low-voltage installation experience.
1–3 years of experience as a Security Systems Technician.

Nice To Haves

Welding experience.
OSHA 10 training.

Responsibilities
