About The Position

Bassett Healthcare Network, in Central New York, is seeking a full-time Advanced Trained BC/BE Gastroenterologist. Join an established group of 5 physicians and 3 advanced practice clinicians. Practice within Bassett Healthcare Network, an integrated system delivering care across an 8-county region. Become a part of Bassett Healthcare Network, a progressive academic health system and major teaching affiliate of Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons. Demonstrated proficiency in standard GI procedures and testing. ERCP and EUS skills welcomed but not required. Educational focus – teach and mentor residents and medical students. Call guaranteed to be no more frequent than 1:4. Instant Referral Base provided with over 500 Network Clinicians. Strong interest in clinical G.I. and liver disease. EMR-EPIC.

Requirements

MD, DO or MBBS
BC/BE
Completion of an accredited USA Gastroenterology Fellowship
New York State Licensure
BLS Certification Required
DEA Required

Nice To Haves

ERCP and EUS skills welcomed but not required
Strong interest in clinical G.I. and liver disease

Responsibilities

Benefits

Salary Range: $550,000 - $675,000
Sign-On Bonus: up to $200,000
