About The Position

Lubbock Digestive Disease Associates (LDDA), powered by GI Alliance (GIA), is seeking a Gastroenterology Physician. LDDA is supported by GIA, a leading patient-focused, excellence-driven gastroenterology network that is physician-led. This partnership allows LDDA to deliver superior, individualized patient care by leveraging GI Alliance’s robust business and organizational support, enabling physicians to focus on providing top-notch care in a successful and dynamic private practice setting. The practice model includes a guaranteed base salary with a productivity bonus for the first two years, followed by a third-year partnership track with potential ASC ownership buy-in and additional ancillary income. There is shared call with the group, and a good blend of clinic and hospital work. Patients are the priority, with every decision anchored in strengthening patient care. Physicians lead with a commitment to quality, access, and outcomes, supported by tools, data, and infrastructure to elevate care. The organization is physician-led at every level, with clinical decision-making remaining with those who deliver care. Operating as a Management Services Organization (MSO), the national infrastructure reduces administrative burden, allowing physicians to devote their time and expertise to patients. Outcomes are driven by measurable value delivered to physicians, practices, and patients.
