About The Position

We are seeking a Gastroenterologist for a Locum Tenens position in Topeka, KS. This role involves both inpatient and outpatient coverage, including clinical duties and on-call responsibilities. The coverage period is from November 1, 2026, to January 31, 2027. The ideal candidate will have experience in Advanced GI procedures and be comfortable managing a diverse patient caseload. Responsibilities include performing diagnostic and therapeutic GI procedures, managing inpatient consultations, and documenting patient care using the Epic EMR system.

Requirements

• Active Kansas Medical License
• Board Eligible/Board Certified in Gastroenterology
• Active DEA Required
• ACLS, BLS, PALS, ATLS
• Case Logs
• CME Certificates
• References
• Driver's License
• Photo
• Physical Required
• Hospital Privileges Required

Nice To Haves

• Advanced GI Experience Preferred

Responsibilities
