About The Position

As a hands-on Gas Utility Foreman, you will use your gas utility experience to manage job sites and take responsibility for planning and executing work safely and efficiently so projects are completed on time. In this leadership role, you will guide, coach, and train crew members to help them develop their skills and achieve long-term success. The work includes outdoor job sites, potentially extreme weather, and working near heavy equipment in the “red zone.” The role also requires flexibility to work varied schedules and stay late when necessary, sometimes with little or no notice.

Requirements

At least 2 years of prior experience in the gas utility industry.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Fluency in English, as worksite safety instructions are written and spoken in English.
Pass pre-employment, random, post-accident, and reasonable-suspicion drug screens.
Provide valid U.S. work authorization documents for E-Verify.
Satisfactory pre-employment background check results.
Pass a pre-employment medical fit-for-duty test and hold or obtain a DOT medical card.
Join and maintain Union membership.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily crews, equipment, and material logistics to support safe, seamless project completion.
Coach and develop crew members on safety protocols and high-quality craftsmanship.
Lead Dig Safe compliance and act as the primary contact for utility mark-outs and resolution.
Work alongside team members in equipment operation, pipefitting, and general labor to support production goals.
Track site paperwork, daily production logs, and project status updates accurately.
Identify and resolve on-site operational challenges promptly and safely.
Maintain all industry-required Operator Qualifications.
Perform other tasks as requested by leadership.
