Gas Station Cashier - Full-time
About The Position
Iowa 80 Truckstop is hiring a full-time Gas Station Cashier for an on-site position. The cashier maintains a professional attitude and serves customers with sincerity and enthusiasm, supporting the store’s commitment to customers and its mission to be “A Place Where People Want to Stop.” The role involves working in a fast-paced store and interacting with customers from across the country and around the world. The shift is 5:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., and weekend work is required. Pay is $15.00 per hour, with a $2.00 shift differential for hours worked from 5:00 p.m. Friday through 6:00 a.m. Monday, for earnings of up to $17.00 per hour. The position is overtime eligible. Advancement opportunities are available after 90 days for employees who demonstrate initiative, reliability, and commitment to customer service. Iowa 80 is a family-owned company that has operated for more than 60 years. Applicants must complete a pre-employment drug test and background check; employees are also subject to random drug testing. The company is unable to sponsor a visa.
