About The Position

Responsible for the daily operation of the gas station, including opening and closing procedures, monitoring and maintaining equipment, assisting members with transactions and payments, and complying with safety, environmental, and security standards. The role also involves overseeing fuel deliveries, maintaining cleanliness, handling cash procedures, monitoring reports, and following club policies. Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service and promptly assist members.
• Promote the safety of people, property, and the environment while assisting members with gas station transactions.
• Monitor gas station sales transactions and handle cash transactions when applicable.
• Maintain restroom cleanliness and perform custodial duties as needed.
• Monitor gas station reporting, ensure reports are generated, and complete checklist procedures.
• Document and address identified issues.
• Accurately perform opening and closing procedures.
• Regularly monitor and maintain gas station equipment.
• Oversee fuel deliveries and perform required preparation procedures.
• Follow gas station safety, environmental, and security standards and features.
• Inform management and the help desk when alarms are present.
• Perform cash drawer procedures, including cash deposits, verification, documentation, and control.
• Conduct daily competitive price surveys and ensure posted gas prices and club signage match POS pricing.
• Follow spill bucket and spilled-material procedures, including immediate response and cleanup.
• Log visitors and obtain proper identification before allowing anyone inside the kiosk area.
• Notify the corporate office of non-routine maintenance vendor visits, including visits by weights and measures personnel, inspectors, and state employees.
• Maintain club policies and procedures.
• Perform other assigned duties, including working in other departments as needed.
• Carry out assigned job functions, support club policies and compliance, and contribute to a safe, inclusive, and positive environment.
• Deliver service excellence, address member concerns, and follow GOLD Member Standards.
• Work as a team to maintain GOLD club standards, including stocked items, promotional plans, accurate signage, and a clean, organized club.
• Understand how to access and read department production or financial performance reporting.
