About The Position

Blossman Gas is seeking a Gas Service Technician or Gas Piping Installer for their stable location in Fredericksburg, VA. This is a growth opportunity within the largest independent propane company in America, with over 85 branch locations in 12 states. The role involves installing propane tanks for residential and commercial customers, and installing, servicing, and maintaining gas comfort equipment such as water heaters, dryers, ranges/stoves, fireplaces, and generators. Gas Installers will install gas piping systems in new construction environments, typically without needing a commercial driver's license as they use a non-DOT vehicle. Prior propane, appliance installation/repair, or mechanical experience is beneficial. The position offers professional growth, meaningful work in a stable industry, requires customer service skills, and teamwork. A strong commitment to safety is essential. Some on-call rotation may be required for CDL positions, with compensation for after-hours assistance.
