About The Position
Xcel Energy is seeking interns for dedicated area specialist roles in gas operations, focusing on Gas Emergency Response and Compliance. These positions involve analyzing data and contributing to continuous improvement efforts related to efficiency and application rationalization. Requirements
- Current student, Junior or higher (as of Fall 2027)
- Enrolled in an accredited college or university and pursuing a degree in Business, Emergency Preparedness, Engineering
- Personal vehicle needed to travel to work sites
- Able to work full-time during the summer (up to 40 hours a week)/ part time during the school year (up to 20 hours a week)
- Commuting to the designated work location in-person, per our hybrid work policy.
