About The Position

Saskatoon Co-op is seeking a Full-Time Gas Bar Supervisor for the Fairhaven Gas Bar location. This role reports to the Gas Bar Manager and is responsible for overseeing daily operations, supervising and training team members, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the location. The position also involves administrative duties, managing merchandise, and performing necessary reconciliations and reports.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Gas Bar Clerk with Saskatoon Co-op, with at least one year in a functional supervisory role, OR 3 years of supervisory experience in a retail setting.
Minimum Grade 12 diploma or equivalent education.
Minimum of 6 months of experience performing administrative procedures, including cash reconciliations and general office paperwork.
Demonstrated leadership ability in directing, coaching, and training team members.
Above average communication skills.
Customer service oriented.
Ability to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

Maintain a positive, professional approach and attitude.
Be dependable for all scheduled shifts.
Perform required repairs and maintenance of car wash equipment (at car wash locations).
Order, receive, price, and display merchandise as assigned by the Gas Bar Manager.
Possess a good working understanding of all point of sale operations, including back office functions.
Ensure the location is neat, clean, and orderly at all times.
Assist in the marketing requirements of the location.
Supervise and train team members under the direction of the manager.
Adhere to and enforce all Saskatoon Co-op policies and procedures.
Provide outstanding courteous customer service at all times.
Provide pump island assistance as required.
Perform necessary daily reconciliations and reports.
Perform opening and closing procedures.
Handle administrative duties as assigned by the Gas Bar Manager.
Perform other duties as assigned.
