About The Position

This is a full-time position at Saskatoon Co-op's Stonebridge Food #228 in Saskatoon, SK. The role reports to the Food Store Manager and involves a variety of duties related to customer service, stocking, store operations, and loss prevention.

Requirements

• Sufficient knowledge of grocery merchandise handled to effectively operate the section(s) assigned.
• Familiarity with all lines of merchandise handled by the department.
• Strongly service-oriented and motivated, capable of assisting customers in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Physical ability to handle the work to be assigned.
• Ability to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Be responsible in the area of loss prevention.
• Operate cash register as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
