About The Position

North Central Co-op is seeking a full-time Site Supervisor to join their Consumer Fuels team at the Deer Park Gas Bar/C-store in Spruce Grove, Alberta. This is a developmental position where the successful candidate will be transferrable, flexible, and available for opening/closing shifts (4:30am-2pm & 1pm-10pm), with the ability to support the Management team. Requirements

Minimum of two years Gas Bar experience.
Familiarity with CRS and willingness to develop and learn.
Familiarity with customer service.
Ability to work OUTSIDE in inclement weather.
Honest and trustworthy.
Results-oriented.
Belief in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions.
Recognition of the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.

Responsibilities

Provide an excellent customer experience with a focus on timely, efficient and professional service.
Provide support and guidance to the Gas Bar Attendants to increase customer experience and sales at the gas bar.
Maintain operations as the Shift Lead in the absence of the Site Manager.
