Gas Bar Site Supervisor (FT, Edgemont)- North Central Co-op
About The Position
North Central Co-op is seeking a Full-time Site Supervisor to join their Consumer Fuels team at the Edgemont Gas Bar/C-store in Edmonton, Alberta. This role is responsible for providing an excellent customer experience, supporting Gas Bar Attendants to increase sales, and maintaining operations as the Shift Lead in the absence of the Site Manager. The successful candidate must be transferrable, flexible, and available for opening/closing shifts, with the ability to support the Management team. North Central Co-op is a member-owned organization focused on sustainability and community benefit, operating numerous retail locations across Western Canada.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years Gas Bar experience.
- Familiarity with CRS and willingness to develop and learn.
- Familiarity with customer service.
- Ability to work OUTSIDE in inclement weather.
- Honest and trustworthy.
- Results-oriented.
- Belief in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions.
- Recognition of the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.
Responsibilities
- Provide an excellent customer experience with a focus on timely, efficient and professional service.
- Provide support and guidance to the Gas Bar Attendants to increase customer experience and sales at the gas bar.
- Maintain operations as the Shift Lead in the absence of the Site Manager.
