Gas Bar Site Supervisor (FT, South Pointe)- North Central Co-op
About The Position
North Central Co-op is seeking a Full-time Site Supervisor to join their Consumer Fuels team at the South Pointe Gas Bar/C-store in Fort Saskatchewan, AB. This is a developmental position where the successful candidate will be transferrable, flexible, and available for opening/closing shifts, with the ability to support the Management team. North Central Co-op is a member-owned organization focused on sustainability and community benefit, serving various locations across Western Canada with a wide range of services including gas bars, home centers, fuel stations, food stores, and liquor stores.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years Gas Bar experience.
- Familiarity with CRS and willingness to develop and learn.
- Familiarity with customer service.
- Ability to work OUTSIDE in inclement weather.
- Honest and trustworthy.
- Results-oriented.
- Belief in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions.
- Recognition of the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.
- Adherence to a criminal record check.
Responsibilities
- Provide an excellent customer experience with a focus on timely, efficient and professional service.
- Provide support and guidance to the Gas Bar Attendants to increase customer experience and sales at the gas bar.
- Maintain operations as the Shift Lead in the absence of the Site Manager.
