About The Position

North Central Co-op is seeking a Full-time Site Supervisor to join their Consumer Fuels team at the Sunwapta Gas Bar/C-store in Edmonton, Alberta. This role is crucial for providing an excellent customer experience and supporting the Gas Bar Attendants. The Site Supervisor will act as the Shift Lead in the absence of the Site Manager, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining high standards of service and sales. The organization is member-owned, focused on sustainability, and committed to community benefit, operating across various locations in Alberta.

Requirements

Minimum of two years Gas Bar experience.
Familiarity with CRS and willingness to develop and learn.
Familiarity with customer service and working OUTSIDE in inclement weather.
Honest and trustworthy.
Results-oriented.
Ability to strive to be the best in what you do.
Belief in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most.
Recognition of the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.
Transferable, flexible, and available for opening/closing shifts.

Responsibilities

Provide an excellent customer experience with a focus on timely, efficient and professional service.
Provide support and guidance to the Gas Bar Attendants to increase customer experience and sales at the gas bar.
Maintain operations as the Shift Lead in the absence of the Site Manager.
