About The Position
North Central Co-op is seeking a Full-time Site Supervisor with benefits to join their Consumer Fuels team at the Albany Gas Bar/C-store in Edmonton, Alberta. The successful candidate will be transferrable, flexible, and available for opening/closing shifts, with the ability to support the Management team. North Central Co-op is a member-owned organization focused on serving Western Canadians, returning profits to communities, and investing in sustainable growth. They operate numerous Gas Bars, Home Centres, Cardlock/Bulk Fuel Stations, and Food/Liquor Stores across various locations.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years Gas Bar experience.
- Familiarity with CRS and willingness to develop and learn.
- Familiarity with customer service and working OUTSIDE in inclement weather.
- Honest and trustworthy.
- Results-oriented.
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate to deliver solutions.
- Recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.
Responsibilities
- Provide an excellent customer experience with a focus on timely, efficient and professional service.
- Provide support and guidance to the Gas Bar Attendants to increase customer experience and sales at the gas bar.
- Maintain operations as the Shift Lead in the absence of the Site Manager.
