About The Position

North Central Co-op is seeking a Gas Bar Site Manager to ensure consistent, scalable, and profitable operations at the Gas Bar, with the goal of continually improving operations. This role involves overseeing, planning, and managing daily operations for a stand-alone gas bar site, leading a team in a positive and engaging manner, and maintaining positive relationships with vendors and distributors. The Co-op is a member-owned organization focused on sustainability and benefiting local communities, operating multiple retail locations across Western Canada.

Requirements

• A post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of retail experience (preferably in consumer gas industry).
• Familiarity with merchandising.
• Honest and trustworthy.
• Results-oriented.
