About The Position
North Central Co-op is seeking a part-time Gas Bar Attendant to join their team at the Riverside Gas Bar/C-Store location in St. Albert, AB. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a safe and efficient operation, and adhering to company policies. Responsibilities include servicing vehicles, filling propane bottles, operating the point-of-sale terminal, assisting with opening and closing duties, and performing general housekeeping. North Central Co-op is a member-owned organization focused on serving Western Canadians, reinvesting profits into communities, and pursuing sustainable growth. They operate numerous gas bars, home centers, fuel stations, and food and liquor stores across various locations.
Requirements
- Retail gas bar experience.
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Experience and willingness to work outside in inclement weather.
- Honest and trustworthy.
- Results-oriented.
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate to deliver solutions.

Nice To Haves
- Open availability for morning and evening shifts (5:45 am - 2 pm & 2 pm - 10 pm) is an asset.
Responsibilities
- Provide an exceptional level of customer service.
- Maintain a safe and efficient operation.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Service vehicle(s).
- Fill propane bottles.
- Operate the point-of-sale terminal.
- Assist with opening and closing duties of the Gas Bar.
- Complete general housekeeping duties.
- Assist team members when necessary.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
