We are inviting applications for the full-time position of Bulk Petroleum Supervisor to join our team in Stony Plain, AB. This position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 8 am-4 pm. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
6-9 years Supervisor experience in a retail environment
Knowledge of petroleum products is required
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Ability to monitor operational costs and efficiency
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Supervise the day-to-day operations of the Bulk Petroleum Department and provide direction to Cardlock operations, programs, and policies to meet budgeted goals and objectives.
Provide leadership to the bulk petroleum team, including recruitment, performance management, training, and development of team members.
Prepare budget and ensure petroleum products are ordered to maintain inventory levels.
Ensure claims, invoices, and other paperwork are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
Responsible for coordination and supervision of all safety, maintenance, Alberta Transportation regulations, and environmental policies; ensuring standards are achieved.
Manage ongoing development of customer relationships through added value, follow-up, and a focus on providing an exceptional experience.
