Gas Bar Attendant I - DTGB
About The Position
This position is responsible for providing customers with an exceptional level of customer service, maintaining a neat, clean, fresh, and well-merchandised department, and servicing vehicles. Duties include filling propane bottles, attending to the car wash, operating the point of sale terminal, and all duties associated with inventory stocking and taking inventory counts. The role also requires compliance with government standards and regulations applicable to the Gas Bar, completing in-house training and certifications via e-learning courses, and being alert for the unauthorized removal of merchandise and equipment. Ensuring the quality and condition of merchandise meets store standards, following cleaning and maintenance schedules, and complying with all Safety policies and procedures are also key responsibilities. This position requires the use of computers and involves heavy lifting of products.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service is an asset

- Ability to work days, evenings and weekends on a rotational basis
- Ability to work weekday day shifts, evenings, and weekends
Responsibilities

- Ensure the quality and condition of all merchandise meets the store’s standards
- Follow all cleaning and maintenance schedules
- Compliance with all Safety policies and procedures and look out for the safety of others
- Adhere to all Wild Rose Co-op policies and procedures
