Requirements

2 years of experience working in a Garage specific capacity
Self-motivator/organizer
Strong multi-tasking skills
Strong phone and email communication skills
Computer efficiency
Quick decision making

Nice To Haves

College degree preferred but not necessary
Surplus Lines licensing preferred but not necessary

Responsibilities

Evaluate and rate risks
Maintain underwriting documentation
Maintain relationship balance between agents and carriers
Maintain new business until renewal including, but not limited to, endorsement rating, inspection review and adherence, carrier requests, and communication with the agent and carrier throughout the policy
