Requirements
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable using hand tools.
- Able to lift 75+ lbs and work on ladders.
- Natural problem-solving skills and strong communication.
- Sales-minded individuals encouraged – earning potential is highly commission-driven.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must undergo background checks, drug screenings, and MVR checks.

- No garage door experience needed – we provide full paid training.
- Strong sales aptitude.
Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential garage doors and openers.
- Deliver 5-star customer service with every interaction – empathy and professionalism are key.
- Document work with clarity – including notes, diagrams, and photos.
- Ensure all work meets the highest safety standards.
- Identify and recommend additional solutions that benefit the customer – we appreciate natural sales instincts!
