Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn — experience is a plus, not required
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs, climb ladders, and use standard hand and power tools
- Strong communication skills and a positive, problem-solving mindset
- High school diploma or GED
- All candidates are subject to background checks, drug screenings, and MVR checks — because safety and trust come first.
Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial garage doors and openers
- Diagnose and solve mechanical and electrical issues with confidence
- Deliver 5-star customer service with professionalism and empathy
- Keep accurate documentation with notes, diagrams, and photos
- Ensure all work meets top safety standards
- Recommend upgrades and services when appropriate (solutions, not pushy sales)
