Requirements

• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs, work from ladders, and operate hand tools with confidence.
• Great communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a strong customer-first attitude.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a busy environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• All candidates must pass a background check, drug screening, and MVR check to ensure the highest standards of safety and trust.
• All candidates are required to undergo pre-employment Background and Drug Screenings, as well as a Motor Vehicle Record Check.

• Prior experience in garage door service is a plus — but we’ll train the right go-getter!

Responsibilities

• Be the skilled expert customers count on for safe, secure, and high-quality garage door service.
• Install, repair, and maintain garage doors and openers for residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
• Deliver best-in-class customer service — with professionalism, empathy, and a can-do attitude.
• Accurately document work using notes, diagrams, and photos to support future service and team communication.
• Perform thorough safety checks and ensure all work meets or exceeds company and industry standards.
• Recommend upgrades and enhancements when appropriate — offering real value, not pushy sales.
• Collaborate with team members and utilize tools like ServiceTitan to streamline workflow.
