Requirements

Ability to achieve performance objectives in a time-sensitive and quality-centered environment.
Demonstrates initiative and reliability with minimal supervision.
Able to perform accurate measurement and basic calculations.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Safety conscious.
High School Diploma or GED
Clean MVR required.

Responsibilities

Visualize, fulfill, and implement the company vision and core values.
Install garage doors and garage door openers at job sites.
Perform service and repairs on garage doors and door openers.
Provide exceptional customer service.
Load and unload supplies and materials.
Effectively communicate job status and key issues to Manager.
Perform routine pre- and post- inspections to ensure suitable working nature of equipment and vehicles.
Maintain necessary equipment logs and inform supervisor of deficiencies.
Prioritize work activity according to business need and as directed by supervisor.
Assist with installation of insulation when the workload dictates the need.
Obey traffic laws and follow established traffic and transportation procedures.
Adhere to company safety standards and procedures.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook.
Other duties as assigned.
