Requirements

• Proven experience in garage door service and repair
• Strong mechanical skills and problem-solving ability
• Someone who works independently and takes ownership of their jobs
• Professional, customer-focused attitude
• Valid driver’s license
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing various garage door systems
• Strong mechanical and technical aptitude
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Valid Driver’s License with a Clean Driving Record
• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential garage doors and openers
• Troubleshoot springs, cables, sections, and operators
• Perform routine service and preventative maintenance
• Communicate clearly with homeowners and explain solutions
• Complete jobs safely, cleanly, and with attention to detail
