The company provides training and support for individuals with or without prior garage door experience, as long as they have strong installation or construction skills.
Requirements
- Mechanical aptitude and the ability to work with hand and power tools
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs. and work safely on ladders
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Professional attitude and excellent customer service skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must undergo pre-employment Background and Drug Screenings, as well as a Motor Vehicle Record Check.
Nice To Haves
- Installation, construction, carpentry, garage door, roofing, HVAC, or similar experience
Responsibilities
- Install residential garage doors, openers, tracks, springs, and related components
- Remove and replace existing garage door systems
- Ensure every installation meets company quality and safety standards
- Troubleshoot installation challenges and make adjustments on-site
- Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation
- Complete digital work orders with notes and photos
- Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and job site
- Identify additional customer needs when appropriate
