Requirements
- Must have mechanical aptitude and technical skills.
- Must have a valid driver's license & clean driving record.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds independently.
- Must be able to bend, climb, kneel, and stand for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to work in the heat and cold, both outside and inside garages that may not be temperature-controlled.
- Have interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with customers and solve issues.
- Communicate and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Be reliable and able to serve our customers following our process.
- Must be able to use a computer and/or tablet.
- Must be able to use hand tools and operate mechanical equipment.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in the garage door industry is preferred but not required we will train you.
Responsibilities
- Removing old or broken garage doors and installing the new door they've chosen.
- Showing customers how to operate and care for their new doors and operators, and how to troubleshoot common issues.
- Performing precise, high-quality work and workmanship.
- Managing the right equipment, tools, and products in your vehicle to properly perform job duties.
- Loading your vehicle with the correct equipment, fighting traffic to your customer's location, and installing their door.
- Driving and working safely.
