Requirements

  • Must have mechanical aptitude and technical skills.
  • Must have a valid driver's license & clean driving record.
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds independently.
  • Must be able to bend, climb, kneel, and stand for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to work in the heat and cold, both outside and inside garages that may not be temperature-controlled.
  • Have interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with customers and solve issues.
  • Communicate and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Be reliable and able to serve our customers following our process.
  • Must be able to use a computer and/or tablet.
  • Must be able to use hand tools and operate mechanical equipment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the garage door industry is preferred but not required we will train you.

Responsibilities

  • Removing old or broken garage doors and installing the new door they've chosen.
  • Showing customers how to operate and care for their new doors and operators, and how to troubleshoot common issues.
  • Performing precise, high-quality work and workmanship.
  • Managing the right equipment, tools, and products in your vehicle to properly perform job duties.
  • Loading your vehicle with the correct equipment, fighting traffic to your customer's location, and installing their door.
  • Driving and working safely.
