About The Position

The Garage Attendant/Cashier supports garage parking operations by tracking parked vehicles and available spaces, verifying parking tickets, maintaining records, and processing customer payments. The role requires operating the Garage Parking Control System and cash register, reconciling cashier funds, and providing revenue reports. The attendant is expected to provide courteous guest service, maintain a well-groomed appearance, work effectively with coworkers, and remain orderly and composed in fast-paced or stressful situations.

Requirements

Able to read and write English; must also be able to speak and understand English.
Good organizational skills.
Able to get along with coworkers and work as part of a team.
Well-groomed appearance.
Able to work at a fast pace and in stressful situations while keeping work orderly.
Able to respond to visual and aural cues.

Office experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

Ensure files accurately reflect the locations of vehicles parked in the garage.
Maintain an inventory board tracking available parking spaces and their locations.
Ensure parking tickets are completed correctly by Valet Parkers.
Maintain records of the total cars parked and delivered by each attendant to track tip quality.
Maintain an acceptable appearance and treat guests courteously at all times.
Serve as a role model to other employees and represent Caesars positively.
Meet attendance guidelines and follow regulatory, departmental, and company policies.
Operate the Garage Parking Control System and cash register.
Process cash and cash-equivalent transactions and make change for customers.
Reconcile garage cashier funds at the beginning and end of each shift.
Provide revenue reports to the Transportation Shift Supervisor and Casino Cashier.
