Requirements

  • College degree combined with at least three years of mid-management experience.
  • Leadership abilities to supervise a dynamic team, ensuring they meet high standards of guest service.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for managing operations, monitoring VLT activity, and generating reports.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities for addressing customer disputes and ensuring compliance with gaming laws and regulations.
  • Exceptional communication skills for effective interactions with team members and guests.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the gaming industry, focusing on Slots or Video Lottery Terminals (VLT).

Responsibilities

  • Supervising various gaming areas, ensuring they operate in line with established policies and procedures to maximize revenue goals.
  • Managing staffing levels effectively, promoting a seamless guest experience.
  • Being knowledgeable about marketing promotions and gaming events.
  • Resolving customer disputes.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Submitting essential reports.
  • Supporting the Sr. Manager of Gaming with administrative tasks.
  • Maintaining equipment functionality while making minor repairs as needed.
  • Safeguarding company assets and adhering to safety protocols.
  • Delivering an exhilarating environment for both guests and team members.
