About The Position

This position is responsible for the daily repair, maintenance and operation of the slot machines, slot data collection system, progressive control systems, shufflers, chippers, table layouts and Plexi-glass projects. The Gaming Technician will demonstrate and adhere to Slot Operations Customer Service Standards, our Core Values and the Spirit of Aquai. They will be responsible for the daily repair, maintenance and operation of slot machines, slot data collection systems, progressive control systems and related equipment. Repairs and maintains shufflers, chippers, and any electronic items pertaining to gaming equipment and tables. Performs repairs on Plexi-glass including the fabrication of Plexi-glass related project requests. Performs routine as well as in-depth troubleshooting and maintenance on low voltage electro-mechanical table game equipment. Documents and reports all daily activities and repairs conducted during the shift. Safeguards against theft and ensures the security and integrity of all Tribal assets. Reports any concerns that may affect the operation to management. Handles complaints according to established company and department policies and procedures. Maintains a clean and safe environment. Responsible for all department logs and labor recording pertinent to the day-to-day job duties. Assists departmental Directors with special projects, as needed.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent
Basic knowledge of electricity and mechanical equipment
Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance
Mandated safety classes
Completion of the Slot Technical training and development program in the repair and maintenance of all electronic slot machines, Redemption kiosks, Racebook and cashiering equipment
Completion of departmental training and improvement courses
