About The Position

We’re looking for a Gaming Enterprise Partner Manager to join our ever evolving Partnerships team and help us unleash the potential of every business. This role involves maintaining and developing relationships with enterprise gaming partners, leveraging these relationships to drive revenue generation, and building out a partner ecosystem including system integrators and consultancies for key technology platform partners. The position focuses on initiatives including partner management, partner identification and onboarding, referral generation, revenue growth, reporting and analysis, and ensuring the retention, growth, and customer satisfaction of partner accounts. The role also involves evangelizing company products, evaluating program trends, providing financial analyses and long-range forecasting, monitoring program sales impact, and tracking competitor activity.

Requirements

  • Strong background in gaming payments preferably in the enterprise space
  • High commercial acumen with experience in partner management, relationship management or enterprise sales
  • An existing network in the enterprise gaming partner space
  • Experience driving commercial opportunities leveraging existing gaming partners and building out partner ecosystem
  • A focus on North America expansion but will drive global opportunities

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and develop relationships with enterprise gaming partners, leverage these relationships to drive revenue generation
  • Build out partner ecosystem including system integrators and consultancies for key technology platform partners
  • Work closely with these partners to identify opportunities for collaboration, implement strategies to drive referrals, and ensure successful partnerships that benefit both parties
  • Focuses on initiatives including and not limited to partner management, partner identification and onboarding, referral generation, revenue growth, reporting and analysis
  • Ensures the retention, growth and customer satisfaction of partner accounts.
  • Evangelizes company products in conjunction with recruiting key alliances/partnerships.
  • Evaluates program trends and provides analysis and recommendations to management.
  • Works toward mutual goals, strategies and objectives to build awareness and support of overall strategic benefits of the partners to senior leaders.
  • Provides for financial analyses, long-range forecasting and analysis studies associated with potential partnerships
  • Monitors programs to assess the sales impact of offered solution(s) in the marketplace and the overall success of the partnerships
  • Monitors competitor activity in partners and implements strategies to maintain account ownership and block competitor advancement.
