About The Position

The Finance Enterprise Partner (FEP) is a strategic advisor to Site Services and Corporate Groups. This role bridges operational decisions and financial impact, driving disciplined trade-offs between OPEX and CAPEX to optimize investment strategies. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, aligning functional goals with enterprise priorities. Financial Modeling: Quantify CAPEX/OPEX trade-offs and infrastructure decisions through structured scenario planning. Decision Support: Translate complex data into narratives that drive prioritization under uncertainty. Performance Tracking: Connect operational metrics to P&L outcomes and capital efficiency. Stakeholder Alignment: Influence cross-functional teams to balance short-term needs with long-term investment health. Key Partners: Site Services, P&C, Legal, Finance, and Global Controllers. Financial Oversight: Acts as the "single source of truth" for functional financial performance. Who You Are Education: Degree in Finance/Accounting; MBA or CPA preferred. Experience: 10+ years in finance, ideally within Pharma/Biotech or large-scale capital projects. Leadership: Proven ability to manage projects and influence matrixed organizations. Technical Skills: Advanced financial modeling, SAP (S/4 HANA), SAC, capital investments, and AI/automation tools. Soft Skills: High executive presence, proactive problem-solving, and ability to influence without authority. The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of California is $156,800 - $291,200. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
