About The Position

The Game Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and operational efficiency of the game room and general attraction areas. This role involves assisting guests with game errors and purchases, reporting technical issues, stocking merchandise, and adhering to company standards for appearance and conduct. The position also requires flexibility to assist in other areas as needed and to uphold company values.

Requirements

• Standing for long periods of time with frequent bending and turning.
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
• Must be comfortable climbing on a ladder.
• Must be able to communicate with guests and deliver safety instructions.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Obtain training certification per company policy.
• Goes beyond the normal expectations without compromising the company mission, vision and values.
• Demonstrates the ability to be courteous and accountable in all situations.
• Responding to guests’ special requests in a courteous and accountable fashion.
• Monitors the consistency of the product provided to all guests.

Responsibilities

• Maintain on shift cleanliness of the game room and general attraction areas.
• Assist guests with minor game errors.
• Report game errors to the game technician.
• Assist with keeping merchandise games stocked to appropriate levels throughout the shift.
• Assist guests with purchases on fun card kiosks.
• Assist as needed in other areas as requested by a lead or manager.
• Maintain uniform standards and a professional appearance.
