About The Position

This job is a civilian position and does not require military service. Employees are expected to follow USAFA, Mountain West Conference, AFAAC, and NCAA Policies and Procedures policies and demonstrate professional conduct. Potential opportunity for in-office hours pending availability.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and successfully pass a background investigation.
• Subject to random drug testing.

• Bachelor's Degree or in pursuit of Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with counter and phone sales for all ticketed athletic events using Paciolan software.
• Assist with ticket related functions for all home football, men's and women's basketball, volleyball, hockey games, and special events including sales, will call, player guest, recruit, and VIP ticket distribution.
• Perform event reconciliation as needed.
• Consistently conduct business in a professional manner, including dress and manner of speaking/writing when dealing with fans, donors, alumni, and students.
• Other duties as assigned.
