About The Position

As the Jacques Marie Mage Gallerist, reporting to the Gallery Director, you are a reflection of the brand at the highest level of direct client engagement. The aim is to create an escape from the mundane and welcome clients into the unique and intentional world of Jacques Marie Mage. Through the delivery of the client experience and storytelling you will ensure each client leaves our Galleries in awe remembering the way we made them feel.

Requirements

• 2+ years retail experience
• Experience in a luxury environment
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, and Shopify
• Impeccable speaking and communication skills
• Maintains an entrepreneurial spirit and mentorship mentality
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask
• Experience working in a client based business

• ABOC License is a plus

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets through consistent delivery of the JMM Client Experience
• Storytell to submerge each client in the unique and intentional world of Jacques Marie Mage
• Adhere to JMM Policy and Procedures
• Bring an all hands on deck mentality to foster teamwork across the Gallery
• Maintain and elevate JMM's operational processes and standards
• Deliver a consistently elevated, brand-defining client experience
• Establish and maintain a strong client book with over 30% of business from appointments
• Consistently achieve individual and Gallery KPI's
• Represent the Jacques Marie Mage brand at the highest level in every client interaction
• Serve as a trusted expert in JMM product knowledge, from craftsmanship to design inspiration
• Share the brand's stories and highlight the details that make each JMM piece unique
