About The Position
Galaxy Server (age 19+) is responsible for providing exceptional service to all guests. This role involves learning and executing buffet, plated, and reception style meal services, responding promptly and courteously to guest requests, and setting up function rooms. The server will also perform side work to prepare for upcoming events, maintain clean service areas, and ensure a professional and personable appearance. Additionally, the server must inform the manager of any problems or concerns.
