About The Position

Royal Technologies is hiring an Injection Molding Auditor for its third-shift team in Cullman, Alabama. The role supports the company’s goal of delivering quality products to customers by performing audits and other production and quality-related tasks. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work third shift, 12 a.m. to 8 a.m.
• Self-directed, takes initiative, and has good time management skills.
• Proven attendance and quality track records.
• Proven verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness and ability to work overtime.

Nice To Haves

• Injection molding experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform standard and periodic Auditor duties, including final audits, dimension checks, FS/LS, standard comparisons, and DAC checks.
• Order packaging.
• Perform scanning functions, including job receipt.
• Operate grinders and run presses during operator breaks.
• Address identified quality issues with the Supervisor.
• Print paperwork.
