About The Position
The G1 Strategic Initiatives Analyst supports AMC personnel and workforce initiatives by conducting strategic assessments, organizational analyses, workforce planning activities, and executive-level communications. This position enables AMC leadership to align workforce capabilities with strategic readiness objectives. The work for this position shall be performed onsite in Huntsville, Alabama. Contingent Upon Contract Award.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years supporting Army personnel, workforce, or organizational planning initiatives.
- Experience developing strategic communications and executive correspondence.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and have an Active Secret security clearance.
Responsibilities
- Analyze organizational initiatives affecting workforce readiness and personnel management.
- Support development of workforce strategies and performance improvement initiatives.
- Prepare executive briefings, reports, white papers, and communications products.
- Evaluate personnel policies, procedures, and organizational effectiveness.
- Conduct workforce trend analysis and strategic assessments.
- Support implementation of Army and AMC workforce initiatives.
- Coordinate activities among G1 stakeholders and organizational leaders.
- Develop recommendations supporting workforce modernization efforts.
