As a Service Center Manager, you will play an active role in the daily activities of your team. You will help your team succeed by being the go-to person; with your collaborators, you will be responsible for the results achieved and you will contribute to creating the collaborative spirit that allows you to give your best. You will continue to make a difference: by being the ambassador of your service center and ensuring all clients are welcomed with the attention they deserve (you will spend 90% of your time on client relations); by adding value for clients and finding ways to increase your center's revenue; by leading a team to achieve results and managing your employees' time strategically, while staying attuned to your team's objectives and asking for help when needed.

Requirements

  • Preferably three years of experience in management or team leadership.
  • Interest in teamwork.

  • Motivated by challenges and seeing the opportunity in every situation.

Nice To Haves

  • Sales experience would be an asset.
  • Practical experience in the vehicle sector is an asset, but not a requirement.
