About The Position

Ebury is seeking an experienced FX Sales Manager for the Edmonton region. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong track record in FX sales who is ready to step into a leadership position. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team, developing sales strategies, and driving new business. You will work with an established team, benefiting from a proven business model and support infrastructure. The role focuses on achieving targets through a competitive commission structure and making a significant impact on a diverse client base. Key responsibilities include originating new business from client prospects with £50M+ turnover, selling cash management, FX hedging, and payment products, understanding client needs to provide tailored Ebury solutions, and maintaining strong client relationships through consistent contact, reporting, and excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • A track record of sales management, ideally within FX or other cross-border financial services (e.g. import lending, export lending, international payments and collections, cash management).
  • Financial Services experience - a network would be a huge advantage!
  • First-class communication skills.
  • Demonstrable ability to mentor, coach and develop people.
  • Skilled negotiator, able to build and leverage relationships at senior levels within SME customers.
  • Fluent English.

Responsibilities

  • Originate new business targeting client prospects (£50M+ turnover).
  • Sell cash management, FX hedging and payment products.
  • Understand the client's business, strategy and challenges to provide the best Ebury solution for their situation.
  • Support our strong client relationship/servicing culture through on-going customer contact, written call reports via Salesforce, quality customer service and superior product knowledge.
